I find myself spending more and more time in prayer not to grow, but merely to hold my ground and not retreat.
I am haggard and worn, and we have not yet begun to fight, we have not yet stood against the full fury of the enemy's last siege.
The enemy is attempting to whittle away our resolve our dedication, to dampen our fire, and bring us to a state of spiritual dryness,
where we are just drudging along, getting by from one day to the next, and the very act of spiritual survival seems like
an overwhelming and taxing effort.

Whether haggard, worn, bruised, bloodied, blistered or exhausted, the only thing that matters is that we make it home.

No one makes it to heaven with their garments in pristine condition. By the time we get there our garments will be torn and bloodied,
caked in our own exhaustion, hence the reason we are given a new white garment upon arrival.

Our duty is not to try and spare ourselves, to keep ourselves from battle, to avoid the hard tasks and the dark times,
but to commit to holding our ground, putg one foot in front of the other and barrel through until that glorious day when
we will see Him face to face, when our fight will have been fought, and our race will have been run,
and the only thing left to do will be to enter into His eternal rest.
I will not give up because home is closer now than ever before.
There is finality to every journey, there is a point of arrival, and our destination, our point of arrival is within view.

IDF Fires Warning Shots at Lebanese Vessel
A Lebanese fishing vessel entered a restricted Israeli maritime zone Saturday, prompting the IDF to fire warning shots.
The Lebanese vessel entered the restricted waters and ignored orders by the navy to turn back to its own territory.
No damage was caused. Lebanon Complaints of IAF Flyovers Preceded Incident. Since Hellzballah terrorists are dug in and
stockpiled for war against Israel, these flyovers are mandatory to Israel's existence!
This is the second Lebanese-Israeli Gunfire incident in a week

Aug 5 HELLZBALLAHS are now part of the Lebanese army.
Israel has handed Lebanon an ultimatum. Before a line can be drawn on the Lebanese-Israeli clash which killed an Israel Aug 3,
the Lebanese commander who sent snipers to shoot at Israeli troops must be dismissed.

The ultimatum was delivered at UNIFIL headquarters after Israel learned that the guilty Lebanese officer is a Hellzballah Shiite.
UNIFIL carried a warning to Beirut that if the Lebanese army failed to punish the officer, Israel would feel free to destroy its
military positions along their border. Unfortunately the wicked world will blame Israel.

Aug 3 Israeli, Lebanese forces exchange heavy fire on northern border.
Northern command chief says two IDF commanders sustain grave wounds in
Lebanon border skirmish Tuesday between Israeli and Lebanese forces on the northern border.
Israeli troops encountered a planned ambush by Lebanese forces.

IDF forces were in routine operations in a border-area inside Israeli territory. The troops were clearing bushes
along the border fence in coordination with the Lebanese army.
IDF gave UNIFIL notice of plans to cross fence for maintenance work.

Around 10:30 am Tuesday, an IDF force comprising 10-15 soldiers approached the Lebanon border fence,
where it encountered Lebanese soldiers who ordered the Israeli troops to turn back.
Several minutes later, Lebanese troops opened fire at the IDF force, which fired back.
3 Lebanese soldiers and a local journalist were apparently killed at that point.

The IDF later directed artillery fire at Lebanon Army outposts and also dispatched gunships to strike the posts,
which hold a dominating position and could have risked the Israeli troops on the ground.
The Air Force also struck a Lebanese army headquarters in a nearby village.
Several Lebanese military vehicles were destroyed in the strike.
IDF soldiers also spotted an RPG rocket fired at an IDF tank which missed.

Massive explosions reported on Israel's northern border as IDF troops exchange fire with Lebanese forces.
Mortar shell lands in northern Galilee region. A day after rockets were fired at Eilat, loud explosions were
reported on the northern border as Israeli and Lebanese forces engaged in massive exchanges of fire.

The fire erupted after IDF soldiers performing routine operations in a border-area enclave within Israeli territory came under fire.
Northern residents have reportedly been ordered to enter secured rooms and bomb shelters.
Many locals heard loud explosions, saw a cloud of smoke, then planes flying toward Lebanon.

The expected WAR may have begun, Israel was fired on from the south yesterday and now from the north today.
World War 3 is likely to 'appear' to have started by accident, but it is planned.

Aug 1 Hours after rocket damages public building near Sderot, IAF jets strike Gaza
arms smuggling tunnel, border fence tunnel. Air Force jets struck 2 Gaza targets Sunday in response to the Qassam
rocket fired at the Negev Saturday. The targets hit were an arms smuggling tunnel and a tunnel under the border fence
used for carrying out terrorist activity inside Israel. Following the IAF attack, a mortar shell was fired from Gaza.

Aug 2 Gaza Palestinians say a huge explosion early Monday leveled the home of a senior Hamas commander,
causing casualties. Palestinians claim 17 people were rushed to a hospital. The Israeli military said there was no Israeli activity in the area.
Often, bombs being prepared in Gaza houses explode accidentally. Terrorists store weapons in their homes.

Rockets fired early Monday toward the Israeli resort city Eilat, and one hit in neighboring Jordan, injuring 5 people. It was the second
such attack this year, following a similar volley in April that Israeli authorities say was fired from Egypt's Sinai peninsula. Egypt denies.
A series of explosions were heard early Monday in the narrow coast of the Red Sea where Eilat and the Jordanian city of Aqaba
are located side by side, both popular tourist destinations.
One rocket hit in Aqaba, exploding on a main street in front of the Intercontinental Hotel, said Jordan. 5 were wounded, one critically.
Two of the wounded were taxi drivers and one of their cars was destroyed.

Aug 4 Huge Iranian energy plant explosion coincides with bid on Ahmadinejad's life.
A massive explosion killed at least 5 workers at the giant new Pardis petrochemicals complex in Assaluyeh in southern Iran Wednesday,
about the time an explosive device was hurled at Iran president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as his armored convoy drove through Hamadan in north Iran.
Assaluyeh is situated on Persian Gulf coast not far from the Bushehr nuclear reactor.
Large sections of the complex were destroyed which Iran attributed to a ruptured gas pipe.

The plant was hit by 5 explosive devices.
Iran is trying to play down the attempt on Ajad's life by a bomber present in the large audience surrounding his convoy.
But they put the Hamadan and Pardis attacks together for a joint investigation. They suspect an may have struke at 2 major
targets in opposite ends of the country. Exactly what Arab states are doing to Israel.
Assaluyeh is the hub of Pars Energy industries fueled by the natural gas piped in from the giant South Pars field.
Iran suspects saboteurs. Hamadan population is purely Iranian Shiite persecuted by the regime.

Turkey betraying Israel
Aug 2 Israel suspects Turkey is betraying its military secrets to Iran. Ankara distanced itself further from
the West by signing a pact with Iran for the exchange of intelligence in real time in their offensives against Kurdish separatists.
Tehran will maintain a permanent intelligence officers mission at the Turkish general command operations department, while admitting
Turkish officers to its own high command operations center.
While the exchanges are formally limited to the war on Kurds, they are certain to spread to other spheres.

Israel is deeply concerned over this and other developments in the wake of the defection of Turkey, its erstwhile strategic partner and
long trusted repository of shared military secrets.

Sunday, August 1, defense minister Ehud Barak said the nomination of a new chief of the Turkish secret services who is a supporter of Iran worries Israel.
It could result, in the Iranians having access to secret information.

Two months ago, Turkey appointed an avid admirer of Iran Hakan Fidan as new chief of MIT central intelligence agency.
Fidan made friends with Iranian officials during his stint as Turkish delegate to the International Atomic Energy Commission in Vienna and
took their side consistently in controversies over Tehran nuclear program.

It was he who came up with the plan earlier this year for a Turkish-Brazilian initiative to bypass big power diplomacy over Iran and
scuttle their plans to place Iran under tough sanctions.
The intelligence exchange pact Ankara signed with Tehran last week added a fresh element to Israel's worries over Turkey's next steps.

Giant ice chunk breaks off Greenland glacier
An ice chunk four times larger than Manhattan and up to 600 feet tall has broken off a glacier.
The chunk of Arctic ice that calved off Greenland's Petermann Glacier is the biggest in almost 50 years.
The ice is at least 100 square miles and as a thick as up to half the height of the Empire State Building.

Aug 6 South Korea launches naval drills in Yellow Sea despite North Korean threats to retaliate.
South Korean troops fired artillery and dropped sonar buoys into the Yellow Sea as naval drills kicked off near the spot where a
warship sank March 26th. 4,500 South Korean troops, 20 ships and submarines and 50 aircraft were mobilized to take part in
the 5 day naval exercises off the west coast, including spots near the maritime border of the 2 Koreas.
North Korea called the drills a military provocation that threatened to re-ignite war on the Korean peninsula.

School buses, truck crash in Missouri
Aug 5 2 people dead and dozens injured after 2 buses carrying St. James high school band students to
an amusement park were involved in a wreck on Interstate 44 crash near Gray Summit west of St. Louis.
54 children were on the buses. The front end of one of the yellow school buses perched atop the back of cab of the truck.
A pickup truck was crushed, its driver killed, and one of the students was killed. Pray for the families.

The second bus had smashed into a rear corner of the first bus. An SUV was also involved in the crash, crushed and hardly
distinguishable wedged below a bus. Area hospitals confirmed that several from the crash were being treated.
Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis was expecting 36 children from the bus accident.
Injuries of those 36 were being described as not serious. 6 children were taken to St. John's Mercy Medical Center.

Religious Persecution Increasing
A Catholic instructor fired from the the University of Illinois for saying that homosexual sex is immoral has been reinstated.
Adjunct professor Kenneth Howell was fired at the end of the spring semester after sending an e-mail explaining Catholic
beliefs on homosexuality to his students preparing for an exam. Now the University of Illinois says Howell will return next semester.
Howell had been teaching at the university since 2001, but was relieved of his teaching duties after a complaint on May 13
saying an e-mail Howell sent to his class amounted to hate speech.

being caught stealing beer from the warehouse where he worked, went on a shooting rampage, killing 8 people and injuring 2.

Dock Collapses into Mission Bay, California
Aug 1 A dock collapsed into 3 feet of water in Mission Bay, throwing numerous people into the water,
minor injuries around 9:30 p.m. at the Bahia Resort Hotel on West Mission Bay Drive. Bahai is an evil, fast growing cult.
The hotel said there had been over 100 people on the dock.
WITNESS - 'We were about to walk on it and I saw the first pillar snap. The second pillar snapped and a few people started screaming.
The second or third pillar that snapped and the whole bridge just fell over.' A few people were holding on to the railing at the edge.

sending 23 to hospital. The collapse happened around 4:15 am Sunday at the Garden Court Condominiums.
This happened to a friend of mine when too many people gathered on it and were dancing.

I had reported what I had been Emailed - Christopher Story died peacefully at home on 14th July 2010 after a short illness.
In his July 10th newsletter he claimed to have proof that G. W. Bush 41 and Dick Cheney wanted Story assasssinated. hmmmm
Scientists have been dying (killed?) in recent years before they can create antidotes.

Edward Harle, pen name Christopher Story, wrote before his death that US President George W. Bush Senior (41), Barak Hussein Obama
and others in Washington D.C. had ordered him killed. Story was poisoned during a March, 2010 visit to the US with a virus created by
the Fort Meade, Maryland biological warfare facility. Although there exists an antidote for this virus, Story was unaware he was poisoned
with it until recently by which point his liver damage had progressed too far for treatment.
The murder of Story is part of a broader campaign to silence journalists. There is a secret financial war that is now raging towards its conclusion.

Aug 5 California judge overturns SIN ban on homo pseudo marriage. A federal judge overturned the
California same-sex marriage ban that could eventually land before the U.S. Supreme Court to decide if queers have a
constitutional right to marry in America. Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker made his ruling in a lawsuit filed by
2 queers who claimed the voter-approved ban violated their civil rights.

Pro-family leaders react to Prop. 8 decision, conclude that the decision is outrageous
This is a classic case of judicial activism. Proposition 8 has already withstood a legal battle and challenge
pursuant to the California constitution. There is absolutely nothing in the U.S. Constitution that guarantees
homosexuals some kind of right to marriage.
This decision goes far beyond granting special rights and that it ultimately strikes at the heart of our representative democracy.

Wright further points out that the "citizens of California voted to uphold marriage because they understood the sacred nature of marriage," and she

Aug 1 - 8 EXTREME HEAT returns after a couple days of slightly cooler temps.
EXTREME HEAT broke records in some states. One Oklahoma town was without water after their water main broke,
hiways are 'blowing up,' communication lines are affected. I woke one morning and was completely cut off, no phone, TV or internet.
It was out over the whole area for several hours. It wont be long and it wont come back.

Aug 6 Fires broke out throughout Israel including Jerusalem area as the latest heat wave continued unabated.
Firefighting crews and airplanes were called into service to put out the flames. Electricity usage reached an all-time high,

solar flare head directly toward the planet. The Sun's surface erupted early Sunday morning, shooting a wall of ionized atoms
directly at Earth, scientists say. It is expected to create a geomagnetic storm and a spectacular light show, and it could pose
a threat to satellites in orbit, as well. This eruption is directed right at Earth and is expected to get here early on Aug. 4.
When a coronal mass ejection reaches Earth, solar particles stream down our magnetic field lines toward the poles.
In the process, the particles collide with atoms of nitrogen and oxygen in the Earth's atmosphere, which then glow, creating

High security as Chelsea Clinton wed her longtime boyfriend at an elegant estate in a Hudson River village
where several prominent guests were spotted beforehand, but the husband-and-wife-to-be stayed out of sight.

Bill Clinton and Hillary Rodham Clinton announced that their daughter wed investment banker Marc Mezvinsky after weeks of
secrecy and buildup. The wedding was at a Beaux Arts riverside estate called Astor Courts, and sealed off from the general public.
The families were surrounded by family and their close friends.

Chelsea Clinton and Mezvinsky were friends as teenagers in Washington, and both attended Stanford University.
They now live in New York, where Mezvinsky works at G3 Capital, a Manhattan hedge fund.
Mezvinsky worked previously at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker.
Clinton completed her masters degree in public health earlier this year at the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University.
