Elian Gonzales was found floating on a raft in the ocean
between Cuba and America.  His mother dead.  Without a trial,
Elian was sentanced to communist Cuba by the evil Clinton.

At 5:15 am April 22, 2000, during a holy week,
between Good Friday and Easter Sunday morning,
Clinton gestappo kidnapped Elian Gonzalez using federal agents
who illegally broke into a private home with guns drawn.

Elian's father and mother both wanted Elian FREE in America!
This was about Clinton, not about Elian's dad.

NO JUSTICE in America
When Clinton was president, he was the only branch of govt
Reno was only a Clinton puppet with NO will of her own.

Federal agents, using tear gas, sporting automatic weapons
stormed Elian Gonzalez's relatives home in Miami,
in a pre-dawn raid EASTER weekend. They smashed front and
back doors and trashed the home.
Agents held guns to protester's heads, while warning,
"We'll kill you if you don't give us the boy."

with his father in the kindest way for the child. The media,
Reno, and evil Greg Craig, attorney, all LIED to AMERICA!

Finding Elian 2004


Keith Morrison, Dateline NBC traveled to Cuba to find out what
happened to the boy in August, 2004. Elian Gonzales now lives
with his father in Cardenas, Cuba.  They had searched in vain
for Elian, but his father and the town kept them hidden.
At last they located Juan and spoke to him.
Dateline found Juan Miguel Gonzales working at an Italian
restaurant in Varadero, about half an hour from Cardenas.
He's been elected to the national assembly, is often front
row center at political rallies. At least two body guards
are watching s we visit. 

"I've continued to be the same person.
I have continued to live in the same place, in Cardenas.
I have continued to work in the same job. And my life has
continued to be the same," Juan Miguel says. After all his
time in front of television cameras in Miami, Elian has 
developed a fear of the media. Which is why his father
says he has done all he could to keep his son out of the
limelight, even going as far as moving into a new house,
its new location secret, a security team nearby.
"The media intimidated him, pressured him, overwhelmed him.
I have tried in any way I can to keep the press as far
away as possible."

Elian has returned to being just a normal boy once again.
Juan Miguel offers us a chat with Elian, but as we drove
back to Cardenas, Elain had left.  The trauma of strangers
with cameras has not gone away. We gave Juan Miguel one of
our cameras to film his son. A week later, the phone rings.
Would you like the tape now, he asks?

And so finally there was Elian Gonzales, a 10-year-old boy
looks pretty much like 10-year-olds everywhere.
He does his homework, and is a good student.
In the evening, after school, Elian plays with his little brother.
There are five of them now. The parents and 3 boys.
And like a lot of other families, they watch television
in a living room full of family photographs.

Elian keeps a photo of his mother, Elizabeth, by his bed.
When it's Mother's Day, or her birthday, he puts flowers there.
He writes her a card, he's an intelligent kid, he knows
everything that happened.

At Elian's 10th birthday party, just like in his now-famous
5th birthday video, filmed in Cardenas when his mother was
still alive, a clown is there, but so is his entire school.
And what other boy could expect Fidel Castro to come to his
birthday party?  There is also footage of Elian front and
center at a big communist party celebration,
Castro by his side. So he is private perhaps,
but also, whether his father likes it or not,
a national symbol, in a country that loves symbols.

Elian Gonzalez Joins Cuba's Communist Youth
Jun 15, 2008 - Years after his custody fight which ended with his return to his
father in Cuba, Elian Gonzalez has joined Cuba's Young Communist Union.
Cuba's communist youth newspaper said the 14-year old Gonzalez said he
would never let ex-President Fidel Castro and his brother Raul Castro down.

In 2000, Gonzalez' mother was killed when a boat carrying them to the U.S.
capsized in the Florida Straits. Elian, who was 6 years old at the time, and two
other refugees were found clinging to an inner tube for survival. After his rescue
the boy stayed with relatives in South Florida until a long tug of war over custody
end with armed federal agents seizing him from his great uncle's Miami home.
Elian then returned to Cuba with his father.
