House Votes to End Deepwater Drilling Moratorium
July 30 The House of Representatives voted to end the federal moratorium on deepwater drilling
for oil companies that meet new federal safety requirements. The proposal to end the moratorium was an amendment to a
pending energy bill the House was poised to vote on. The moratorium will not end unless the Senate also votes to
terminate it and President Barack Obama signs the legislation into law. The fate of the proposal in the Senate is uncertain.

The Obama administration imposed the six-month moratorium on exploratory drilling in waters more than 500 feet deep in
response to the BP oil spill. The moratorium runs through the end of November.

A blanket moratorium punishes the innocent along with the guilty. TRUE!!!!
If a rig meets all the tough new safety requirements issued by the Department of Interior, if it has been fully inspected and
deemed safe, why should it sit idle? And the workers of that rig, why should they go jobless until the arbitrary six-month period is over?

MICHIGAN Oil pipeline leak
July 30 More than 1 million gallons of oil leaked from pipeline into creek. Michigan does not want it to
reach Lake Michigan. Enbridge, a Canadian company pipeline leaked oil into a Michigan river.
Enbridge violated safety codes by improperly monitoring corrosion in the pipeline responsible for the massive spill in
Talmadge Creek, a waterway in Calhoun County's Marshall Township that flows into the Kalamazoo River.
A resident comments - I live in Battle Creek, MIchigan, where this spill is taking place. The situation is horrible, truly horrible.

July 30-31, 2010 a couple quakes struck Iran, one north and one south. Since I expect war there any hour, I keep you informed.
I suspect these are quakes, not bombs - yet, but they COULD be 'work accidents' as Iran tests weaponry.

A 5.7 magnitude earthquake hits northeastern Iran, 270 injured. They damaged villages and disrupted communications.
Efforts are under way to recover people trapped under debris, while most of the injured were treated without being hospitalised.
Many people spent the night outdoors in parks fearing aftershocks. 22 needed hospital treatment, no deaths were reported.
Earthquakes are common in Iran. In 2003 about 30,000 people were killed in a quake that devastated the southeastern city of Bam.

July 30 Israel launches air strikes in Gaza in retaliation for rocket attacks.
A Grad missile launched from Gaza landed in a central, residential area of Ashkelon Friday morning.
The missile shattered numerous windows of the surrounding, multi-story buildings and vehicles in the area.
Ashkelon Mayor Benny Vaknin said this is a very serious incident. There is no doubt that such a hit inside the city is an escalation.

King Abdullah said Jordan is also building a train to the same area, lets connect.
The 2 men spoke of the southern railroad track between Eilat and Ashdod, and Bibi added the line shouldnt be an Eilat-Aqaba-Ashdod line.

Bibi told Abdullah Israel does not want to repeat what happened when Israel withdrew from Lebanon in 1982, or what happened in
Gaza after Israel gave it to the terrorists in 2005, and a southern Iranian enclave was created with increasing armament.

Melkert described as very positive the position that the Kurdistan Region has taken on the election results.

Melkert commended the role of the Kurdistan Regional Government in ensuring a safe and stable environment during the elections.
Salih said that he hopes for a new Iraqi government representing all the country's constituents.
Kurds support Iraq's political process and want to safeguard Kurdistan's constitutional rights by being active participants in the federal government.
The Kurds are willing to be in a coalition respectful of Iraqi and Kurdish national rights.

July 30 Bodies arrive home to Israel and laid to rest.
The 6 airmen who died in a helicopter crash over the Romanian Mountains were flown home Friday, July 30, for burial with full military honors.
The Israeli Air Force had been drilling high-risk attacks on cliff caves similar to the mountain tunnels in which Iran has hidden nuclear facilities.
The crash occurred in the last stage of a joint Israeli-US-Romanian exercise for simulating an attack on Iran.

The American and Israeli air forces have since been developing tactics for evading Iranian radar and flying at extremely low-altitudes
through narrow mountain passes so as to reach the tunnel entrances for attacks on the nuclear equipment undetected.
The drill in Romania took place at roughly the same altitude and terrain that a US or Israeli air attack would expect to encounter in Iran.

The entire maneuver is extremely hazardous. The pilots must be exceptionally skilled, capable of split-second timing
in rising from low-altitudes to points opposite the high tunnel entrances without crashing into the surrounding mountain walls.
These practice flights have been taking place with Greece and Bulgaria as well as Romania.

July 28 ROMANIA Some of the bodies were removed from the crash site by an Elite rescue unit,
to a pathology institute in Romania for an initial check, then be flown back to Israel. Recovery of all the bodies may take hours,
especially in light of the fact that initial identification of the corpses will take place in Romania.
The bodies are expected to arrive in Israel on Thursday. Black box retrieved from scene of helicopter crash.
The IDF informed the families of the 6 Israeli soldiers that Romanian officials had signed death certificates.

Romania replaced Turkey
Air Force helicopter pilots were training in Romania Seeking alternatives to Turkey. Training sessions far away from home are
not unusual for Air Force members in general, and for helicopter pilots in particular. Pilots arrived at the Romanian Air Force flight school.
The threats faced by Israel, the need to intercept weapons smuggled from terrorist states require the Air Force to maintain long-range
operational capabilities. Such operations are sometimes carried out on short notice far away from Israel, unfamiliar areas to pilots
that are difficult to navigate. Therefore aircraft training missions include search and rescue need training in that territory - as this chopper crash proves.
Up until 2009 most of this training was in Turkey.
Turkey has become jihadist, another terrorist nation, and cut ties with Israel and the west. Turkey is in trouble with NATO.

July 27 An Israeli helicopter crashed Monday in the mountainous terrain of central Romania
during a joint drill with the Romanian air force. 6 Israeli soldiers and one Romanian Air Force captain killed after a crash
of the Israeli Air Force CH-53 transport helicopter during a joint Israel-Romanian-US military drill.
Local police said human remains and helicopter parts were scattered in the crash area.

Israel is conducting joint air force exercises with NATO members Romania, Bulgaria and Greece.
Big American Air Force bases serve Israeli air drills in Bulgaria and Romania. They have replaced the facilities Turkey closed to Israel.
They also serve the Israeli Air Force for practicing long-distance flights, an essential element in a military strike on Iran's nuclear facilities.
Israeli Air Force suspended the joint exercise with the Romanian air force, participating soldiers return to Israel.

DETAILS
The Israeli CH-53 helicopter was flying at low altitude and lost radio contact mid-afternoon July 26, Monday.
Radio contact with the helicopter was lost July 16 (26?) It was one of 2 helicopters practicing low-altitude missions.
Monday's drill was also aimed at acquainting IAF crews with long-range missions in unfamiliar terrain, though the crew of the
second aircraft did not notice that their comrades had left the formation. Crash raises questions over Israel's ageing helicopter fleet.

The IAF sent a C-130 Hercules transport plane to Romania carrying medical and search-and-rescue personnel, and
Rabbinate who specialize in identifying bodies. Romania rescue services landed their plane near the crash site early Tuesday,
then hiked up to the site of the crash and waited for the Israeli team to join them. They were delayed by hours due to
poor weather and turbulent land conditions. A Romanian medical evacuation helicopter and 2 Israeli helicopters trying
to reach the crash site Monday were hampered for hours by the rugged, precipitous terrain.

July 27 Tuesday morning Israeli rescue team reached the crash site with an Israeli Hercules transport chopper.
Helicopter communications do not reveal any trouble before the crash. Romanian rescue official says chopper burst into flames after
hitting a mountain. The wreckage of the helicopter that crashed was found, and none of the 7 soldiers were aboard.
Local police said human remains and helicopter parts were scattered in the area.

Details unclear, initial reports suggest that communication broke down between helicopters in a formation during a routine
training exercise involving Israelis and Romanians, and the 2 choppers collided. Romanian and Israeli troops were taking part in Blue Sky 2010,
an 11-day joint aviation exercises where troops are trained to fly at low altitude in search, rescue and medical evacuation exercises.

California wildfire jumps aqueduct, threatens homes
July 31 A huge wildfire burned through high desert north of Los Angeles, destroying buildings and
forcing people from about 2,000 homes. The wildfire jumped an aqueduct on Friday, as firefighters tried to keep flames from
damaging power lines that bring electricity to Southern California. 500 homes in Rancho Vista were told to shelter in place
until further notice so that roads remain clear for the movement of fire equipment.

In Amber Ridge a woman decided to stay put even though she and other residents had lost power.
Winds apparently carried embers across a concrete channel, with flames rapidly spreading to backyard fences at the edge of Palmdale.

- Financial provision for the called ones.
- Look for a worsening of the moral situation in the world. Its going to PLUMMET in the next few months.

Mankind is going to hit new lows when it comes to morals and ethics.
On the other hand the saints will be lifted above it like a helium balloon above a cloud.
The Lord will take His chosen and submitted ones to new levels of just Being. No more pretences or struggling against the world.
It will be like the world will be taken OUT of his chosen instead of the chosen always battling to rid themselves of it.
The Lord will make it possible to rise above it with ease. But this requires that you STOP being Religious and just be yourself, be REAL.
Trust the Lord and let HIM be your righteousness. Relax into His arms.

Highway of Holiness
There will be no work for Egypt in that day. The land of Judah will become a terror to Egypt.
There will be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt.
Egypt will cry to the LORD because of oppressors, and He will send them a Savior and will deliver them.
Thus the LORD will make Himself known to Egypt, and the Egyptians will know the LORD in that day.
The LORD will strike Egypt, striking but healing so they will return to the LORD, and He will respond to them and will heal them.

In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrians will come into Egypt and the Egyptians into Assyria (Kurdistan, IRAQ),
and the Egyptians will worship with the Assyrians. (Kurds)

In that day Israel will be the third party with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth, whom the LORD of hosts has blessed, saying,
'Blessed is Egypt My people, and Assyria the work of My hands, and Israel My inheritance.'

July 28, 2010 Isaiah 51 and 19 both speak of a Holy Highway.
KURDISTAN is the Biblical ASSYRIA. Mosul in Kurdistan, northern IRAQ is the old Nineveh.
Kurdistan is northern IRAQ, SE Turkey and NW IRAN. Kurds are HATED. An envoy has gone from Egypt to Kurdistan.
