June  5   I see these flotillas to Gaza as round 1 and round 2 of Gog-Magog aka WW3.
Round 2 is now over except for the propaganda part.  Round 3 will involved Turkey directly.  My prediction.
Its unlikely Obama, Bill Ayers and Turkey saw rounds 1 and 2 as breaking Gaza blockade. 
Round 3 with Turkish warships has been planned all along.  When?  June 12?  Another weekend?
In Round 4 all nations launch on Israel.  I suppose there could be a round in between 3 and 4.  Obama is verbally launching against Israel.

Flotilla claims their aim is to break the 'siege on Gaza.'  Israel is only preventing weapons flowing in there by sea!

Jun 5  10:07 am  Saturday  Navy boards, takes control of Corrie off Gaza coast, ends with no violence.
After 4 or 5 calls to change course from Gaza to Ashdod were ignored, Israeli troops boarded the Rachel Corrie 28 miles out to sea
and are sailing it to the Israeli port of Ashdod.  Israeli calls transmitted to the Rachel Corrie with her 20 passengers ever since dawn met with
no response.  The Corrie rejected a deal to allow Israeli inspection of the cargo, which contained some banned items, before sending it to Gaza.

Foolish Turkey demands Israel apologize for their May 30 commando raid on the terrorist flotilla for Gaza.

Jun 3  Stratfor  TURKEY PATROL SHIP CIRCLING NEAR GAZA COAST
Only a Turkish patrol ship is circling the area near the Gaza coast, but is not entering Israeli territorial waters.
There is no sign of readiness on the part of the Turkish navy to provide escorts to aid ships making their way to the Gaza coast.
The patrol ship is only in observation mode - for the time being.  Stratfor intel is pretty solid.

Turkey prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is a radical islamist and anti-Israel, and denies Hamas is a terror group.  Turkish generals

Early Wednesday, June 2, Barack Obama asked Israeli prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu to release all the remaining passengers
without delay as well as the 6 ships from the May 30-31 encounter at sea.

Erdogan declared that if America did not punish Israel Turkey would.  OUCH
The Turkish ship Marmara, the flotilla's lead vessel, had been commandeered by terrorists supported by Turkey.

When it comes to war between Turkey and Israel, what about NATO? Turkey is member of the NATO since 1952
and is an important ally of the NATO in the War on Terror.
Article 5, the cornerstone of the alliance, says an armed attack against any of the allies in Europe or North America 
shall be considered an attack against them all.  It commits NATO members to take the necessary measures, including the use of force, to restore security.

HOWEVER, Turkey has recently become part of the Syria-Iran-Hizballah-Hamas bloc and when war breaks out between Turkey and Israel.
Israel could be faced with a northern front in Israel, Lebanon (Hizballah) and Syria as well, and in de Gaza Strip with Hamas. 
And than there's the possibility of a new Intifada within the Israeli borders and the West Bank.

Obama using flotilla fiasco to blackmail Israel?  
News media reported Netanyahu canceled the meeting with Obama to deal with the flotilla crisis.  The truth is that Obama cancelled it.
Obama expects concessions from Israel in exchange for support.  Obama is pressing Israel to allow new activist flotillas into Gaza.
Israel was justified under international law to act against the flotilla.
Netanyahu has freed all of the terrorists under threat from Obama.

Israel does not block humanitarian aid into Gaza. Israel allows many trucks daily to enter Gaza with food, medicine and other supplies. 
Israel maintains a naval blockade on Hamas-controlled Gaza, fearing if it allows ships to reach the territory, Hamas will be able to transport
weaponry for use against Israel.  MANY ships loaded with weapons destined for Gaza have been stopped.

Israel imposed a blockade on certain supplies it fears could be used by Hamas to build a military infrastructure.
The blockade must be maintained to keep weapons from reaching terrorists.
'Opening a naval route to Gaza will present an enormous danger to the security of our citizens,' said Bibi.

Prior to its raid of the flotillas, Israel REPEATEDLY asked the ship commanders to dock at the Israeli port of Ashdod so customs officials
could inspect the cargo for weapons then transfer any aid into Gaza.  (Aid which Hamas is now refusing.  Clearly it is NOT needed!)

Dozens of terrorists on the flotilla  were connected to Islamic terrorist organizations, including al-Qaida.
One of the flotilla passengers is Greek archbishop of Jerusalem, Father Hilarion Capucci, who was previously arrested for using his
church car service to smuggle explosives, firearms and katyusha rockets into Israel for the PLO.
Capucci was freed after an appeal from the anti-Israel Vatican.

The main flotilla ship was named the MV Rachel Corrie, the namesake of a far-left activist from the International Solidarity Movement 
who died in 2003 while serving as a human shield to protect a terrorist.
These terrorists wanted to die as 'martyrs' more than they wanted to reach Gaza.

voyage to continue as planned.  Despite reports that the Corrie may turn back, the crew said Friday it is due to arrive in Gaza within 24 hours.
Audrey Bomse, one of the flotilla organizers, said her group intends on calling the vessel back to Ireland.
Bomse, Free Gaza legal advisor, claimed she has not been able to contact the ship since late Thursday night,
adding it may indicate that Israel sabotaged the radio system.  (Let's hope so!)

When the Corrie left Cyprus a malfunction was detected in 2 of the accompanying vessels, Challenger 1 carrying reporters, and Challenger 2.
Netanyahu said Israel will not allow any ships to reach Gaza, but will direct the Corrie to the Ashdod Port and transfer its civilian goods
to Gaza following a security check as before.  Supplies from the first Gaza-bound vessels included clothes, blankets, mattresses, and
medicines, some of which expired over a year ago!  The cargo also contained camouflage fabrics meant for Hamas terrorists in Gaza.

Turkish recognition of Israel in 1949.  Uniquely among Muslim countries in the region, Turkey has strong trading ties with Israel.  The Turkish
military bought weapons from Israel and trained with its armed forces, and in 2008 Turkey played host to more than half a million Israeli tourists.

The Muslim terrorists aboard the ships repeatedly said they WOULD NOT respond with violence to the interception of their flotilla prior to the boarding. 

I have kept track of this since May 17 and I still think this is the start of WW3, Gog/Magog, Armageddon.
Turkey ships pulled the WAR trigger FIRST.
There was state-sponsored terrorism by Turkey for sending these shiploads of terrorists to attack Israel.

The people of Gaza are not hungry.  It cant be easy to live under a Hamas regime, which throws political opponents off the roofs to their death.
The blockade is necessary, or Iranian ships loaded with ballistic missiles would be free to unload their cargoes at Gaza Port.
For Israel, lifting the blockade would be an act of suicide.
When Bush compelled PM Ariel Sharon to evict Jews from Gaza to give it to the terrorists, GOD sent Hurricane Katrina on Louisiana, USA.

Israeli troops were hopelessly unprepared to run into experienced Arab Muslim terrorists and not the peaceniks they expected.
When Israeli prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu returns home, he would do well to state clearly in advance that any vessels,
civilian or naval, venturing into the 20-nautical mile blockade zone would encounter warning fire first and if it was not heeded, direct fire.
Semi-armed soldiers must not be asked to cover for timid politicians.

Altogether 679 Muslim terrorists from 40 countries were involved, most of them Turks and Greeks, most of them on the Marmora.
They were all taken ashore at Ashdod port , 48 were deported. Dozens more preferred jail. Typical Arab Muslim terrorists.
The cargoes are being examined for illegal materials, after which Israel will send the legitimate aid supplies to Gaza.

IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi visited Israeli soldiers injured in the raid on the Turkish ship Marmara. 
He said, 'We sent you on this mission, and you operated splendidly.'
 3 soldiers were hospitalized. The first was evacuated by helicopter after sustaining a stab wound to the stomach. He has undergone surgery.
The second soldier was hit in the head with a bat.  The third had suffered skull fractures.

UN calls for impartial probe
Jun 1  Where you gonna find someone impartial, eh?
U.N. condemns Gaza ship raid deaths.  Well thats no surprise, the UN is evil, partial to Islam.
U.N. Security Council condemns acts resulting in civilian deaths on Gaza flotilla, requests release of ships and the Arab Muslim terrorists.
U.N. Security Council also calls for an impartial investigation of Israeli commando raid on Gaza flotilla.

The United Nations Security Council condemned acts which resulted in the loss of civilian lives on ships carrying pro-Palestinians.
FOOLS!  Those were hardened, experienced Arab Muslim TERRORISTS, NOT 'civilians.'

UN called for the immediate release of hundreds of international TERRORISTS and the 6 ships being held by Israel.
The Security Council's statement stopped short of condemning Israel, a move sought by Turkey.
Most of those who died in the incident were Turks. Thats good, since Turkey is behind this.
50 activists (Arab Muslim terrorists) were taken to Ben-Gurion Airport for voluntary repatriation. Around 629 had refused and would be jailed
while Israel weighed legal options.

Israel, stop apologizing!! 
Thats what I say!  These were Arab Muslim TERRORISTS  in these ships, intent on WAR.

Israelis are not the ones who should be apologizing for what happened. We acted just like any country is supposed to act when
its sovereignty is being undermined.  We tried to do it in diplomatic means, appeal to logic, yet when hundreds of Arab Muslim terrorists
armed with bats and knives are determined to fight the Zionists, the result is predictable.  Nobody in this country wanted to see
blood being spilled; neither that of soldiers nor that of the lynch mob. Yet THIS is WAR, there are casualties.

Many questions can be raised regarding the military tactic, available intelligence information, and the operational alternatives.
While groups of hooligans were getting organized in Turkey, here in Israel we referred to it as a peaceful mission.
While they were planning how to beat up soldiers with bats, we dealt with the essence of the humanitarian aid.
It wasnt hard to realize that there was no connection whatsoever to concern for Gaza residents.

So what are we supposed to do next time?  There is no choice but to screen whatever comes into the Strip.
The naval blockade around Gaza was imposed because Hamas established an Iranian outpost there.
Israel has not given up on the right of southern Israelis to live peacefully, and we have an interest in avoiding rockets aimed at Tel Aviv.

Tampa Bay Water Seawater Desalination Plant off the coast of Tampa Bay, FLORIDA fears the effects of the oil to the regional water supply system. 
 If the oil slick enters Tampa Bay, they will shut down the desalination plant completely to avoid the potential of oil getting into the operations.
They said they will not operate any part of the plant until the oil is cleaned up and no longer poses a risk to water quality and the facility.

Oil Poses Risk to Gulf Power Plants

The oil off Louisiana coast continues to threaten nuclear power plants along Florida Gulf coast.
They are definitely preparing for the worst at locations like their Crystal River Nuclear Plant.
Anclote power plant near Holiday, Florida is just east of the Gulf of Mexico provides electricity to about

600,000 households north of Tampa-St. Petersburg, Florida. 
It is just one of 6 power stations along the Gulf Coast at risk from the crude.

Another facility closest to the spill site is in Biloxi, Mississippi.  The the coal deliveries usually received by barge from the
Mississippi River are being diverted to avoid the oil-saturated Gulf near Louisiana.
All power plants that use steam to turn turbines to produce electricity rely on water for cooling.
The US Dep of Energy (DOE) noted that there was a risk to power plants from the oil.

China Restricts Export of Metals Crucial for National Defense
Jun 3 China appears to be making moves that several folks had been fearing for some time.
It is considering stricter limits on the export of so-called rare-earth metals.  The metals, which are most abundant in China,
are used in a range of high tech industries including green energy and defense, which is what most concerns the US government.
Claiming that the mining of rare earths has been bad for the environment, the government is moving to restrict unauthorized wells,
which may be exporting their goods illegally at too-low prices. 

This move will surely be good news for the one major domestic player, Molycorp, which is based in California, and has IPO plans.  Any
restrictions coming out of China can only mean an easier time with regulations, and more subsidies, especially given the defense implications.

Rahm Emanuel Subpoenaed 
Jun 3  Lawyers for former Gov. Rod Blagojevich have subpoenaed White House chief of staff Rahm
Emanuel as a witness at his corruption trial.  Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett also was subpoenaed.
EVERYONE in Obama's cabinet are criminals.  Blagojevich accused of trying to sell Barack Obama's former Senate seat.
I hope they also question Rahmbo about Sestakgate.  Then we can impeach Barry Soetero aka Barak Hussein Obama.
