I live in Santiago, Chile. I saw the ligths in the sky at the moment of the quake. These ligths appears inmediatly before the
shutdown of the public lighting system. Maybe it was a short circuit produced by the fall of cable of the public ligthting
and of high voltage towers. After that, the city was in the darkness.
Maybe it IS HAARP. Chile had a very strong economy. NWO wanted to change that.

Credit card companies now required to give 45 days notice before an interest rate increase. In the past, companies were
almost uniformly permitted to hike interest rates at will, even on existing balances and even if cardholder payments were current.
(Chase did that to me so I transferred my balance to another card and closed my account with Chase.)
Now they cant hike rates on existing balances unless they are 60 days past due.
Credit card companies are still free to set all kinds of fees on their services.

entire city of Concepcion 3 metres to the west. It was the fifth most powerful quake recorded since instruments have
measured seismic shifts. Santiago also shifted 27.7 centimetres to the west.
On South American east coast, Buenos Aires Argentina moved 4 centimetres to the west and
significant displacements were recorded as far away as the Falkland Islands.

I live in Santiago, Chile. I saw the ligths in the sky at the moment of the quake. These ligths appears inmediatly before the
shutdown of the public lighting system. Maybe it was a short circuit produced by the fall of cable of the public ligthting
and of high voltage towers. After that, the city was in the darkness.
Maybe it IS HAARP. Chile had a very strong economy. NWO wanted to change that.
Chile is the world's largest copper exporter, big mines there.
